SUPERHAVIT-AT S.A. is a company devoted to construction, planning and management of housing projects, business centres and other civil works in Cartagena de Indias.
Our staff is a highly qualified team with experience in the real estate industry of the city. Our work is focused on providing unique and forefront projects in order to generate a positive impact on the growth of Cartagena.
Pre-construction
Our initial service consists of the evaluation, conceptualization, research, testing, feasibility and planning of construction projects.
This review involves the analysis of space, location, and cost of the project to confirm the feasibility of it and ensure that it will be financially successful; followed by the design stage.
Design
Based on the Pre-Construction activities a display project proposal is carried out, indicating: number of units, number of floors, finishes, among others. With this approved, we proceed to make the Architectural Design in which the following deliverables are given:
- Architectural plans.
- Furnished floors.
- Renders.
- Virtual tour.
Construction
We are in charge of the entire construction process and partner with contractors companies with local and national recognition.
Project management
Our team of professionals is responsible for planning, coordination and management of the project from inception to completion. Controlling time, cost scope and quality. Making the fiduciary and financial coordination.
Our Story
Our partners, engineers and architects with more than 20 years of experience in the area, decided to join forces in order to materialise a Big Dream together, to built what was to become our first project in height ; the Orion 421Building.
The Orion 421 Orion Building laid the first foundations to accomplish our goals as a company and delivered us guidelines to follow for the development of our future housing solutions.
2015 was a year full of new challenges for our company. Since we completed our second project, the Taurus building, and we began the construction of new projects such as BRP Business Tower, the Nova Building 179 and the Kentaurus Building.
In May 2016 we started building our sixth project called 262 Cygnus Building.
