Edificio Vela

VELA is a real estate project in horizontal property for residential use (social strata 5 *), located on 24th B Street # 20-46 in the traditional Manga neighborhood in Cartagena de Indias. Vela is a 28-story building with one-hundred and nine 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms apartments. With five parking floors, including the semi-basement, a coworking space for common use on the third floor, an exclusive social area for the residential module, located on floors 15 and 16, and an exclusive social area for the tourist housing module located on the 28th floor.

Lobby Vela

It consists of a private residential module of apartments for personal or family use; and a tourist housing module, which will be found within the same building, but separate and independent from each other; with their entrances, elevators, gardens, swimming pools, and other elements required for their use and enjoyment.

 

The project will be built in 1 stage and will have the following distribution:

Semi-basement

There are parking lots accessed through 4 mechanical platforms located on the first-floor level.

Floor 1

You’ll find double-height building access on the first floor, from the 24b street entry. There will be two independent entrances, one for the apartments located between the 4th and 16th floors; and another for the touristic housing apartments from floors 17th to 27th. This space gathers the lobby, the reception with a guardpost, a bathroom for security personnel. Access to the parking lots will be available through all the surrounding streets; through the 24b street (main façade), two mechanical platforms for access; through the Carrera 20 access will be through 1 mechanical platform and through Carrera 20a through a vehicular ramp and from the rear through 1 mechanical platform, for a total of 4 mechanical platforms on the floor.

Mezzanine

There are parking lots. They are accessed through 2 mechanical platforms located on 24b street and Carrera 20a.

Floor 2

There are parking lots. Accessed through all four mechanical platforms.

Floor 3

There are parking lots, primarily visitors parking accessed through the platforms on 24b street and Carrera 20a. In addition, a coworking space for general use and a space for the management office.

Floor 4

There will be five apartments for residential use, two 3 bedroom apartments, one located on the main façade and the other on the back façade with a view of Manga Bay; three 1-bedroom apartments, two of them located on the main façade and another located on the back façade with a Manga Bay view.

Floor 5 to 9

There will be five apartments for residential, one 3 bedroom apartment located on the main façade; one 2-bedroom apartment located on the rear façade (overlooking the bay); one 1 bedroom apartment located on the main façade; one 1-bedroom apartment located on the rear façade overlooking the bay, and one 1-bedroom apartment plus studio, located on the side façade with a Manga Bay diagonal view.

Floor 10

There will be four apartments for residential use, three 3 bedrooms apartments, two on the main façade, another located on the rear façade overlooking the bay, and one 1-bedroom apartment, located on the back façade overlooking the bay.

Floor 11 and 12

There will be four apartments for residential use, three 3 bedrooms apartments, 2 located on the main façade, another located on the rear façade overlooking the bay, and one 1-bedroom apartment, located on the back façade overlooking the bay

Floor 13

There will be four apartments for residential use, three 3 bedrooms apartments, 2 located on the main façade, another located on the rear façade overlooking the bay, and one 1-bedroom apartment on the back façade overlooking the bay.

Floor 14

There will be four apartments for residential use, two 3 bedrooms apartments, both located on the main façade; one 2-bedroom apartment located on the back façade overlooking the bay; and one 1-bedroom apartment on the back façade overlooking the bay.

Floor 15

There will be 2 apartments for residential use, one 3 bedrooms apartment overlooking the bay and one 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the bay. Additionally, the first floor of the Residential Social Area will have space for a gym, children’s playground, social room, gazebo, and bathrooms.

Floor 16

There will be 3 apartments for residential use, two 3 bedrooms apartments, one with a bay view and another located on the main façade, and a 1-bedroom apartment with a bay view. Also, there will be a swimming pool for adults-children, a terrace, and bathrooms on this floor.

Floor 17

The touristic housing begins; there will be five 1 bedroom apartments, 1 of them with a private terrace and jacuzzi.

Floor 18 to 27

There will be five 1-bedroom apartments for touristic housing.

Floor 28

There will be a social area for the touristic module use, which will have a swimming pool, space for a bar, a cafe, a gazebo, a terrace, and bathrooms.
